Matthew Nunn is an experienced Social Security litigator who proudly joined Slepian Ellexson Disability Law in an of counsel role, regularly collaborating with the firm, in June of 2025.
Matt has practiced Social Security Disability law exclusively for four years with experience representing clients in over 1,000 Social Security Disability hearings.
Previously Matt served as the managing attorney and chief litigator for the Social Security division at one of Arizona’s largest law firms, during which his division received numerous national awards.
Matt is passionate about Social Security Disability and zealously represents individuals who are unable to work due to physical or mental limitations.
He represents individuals before the Social Security Administration in all 50 states.
A native of Western New York, Matt enjoys competitive sailing, performing standup comedy, and he is an aspiring 50-state marathon runner.
