Brian Ellexson is an experienced litigator whose practice centers on the representation of disabled individuals applying for Social Security disability benefits. He is admitted to practice before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the District of Arizona, and the state courts of Arizona and New York. His practice ranges from representing claimants at administrative hearings to representation in Federal Court where he has successfully argued multiple cases before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Brian Ellexson is a Phoenix native and a proud Wildcat having graduated from the University of Arizona in 2003. He then attended Brooklyn Law School and practiced law in New York City prior to returning to Phoenix. Brian Ellexson joined the firm now known as Slepian Ellexson in 2010 and subsequently became partner.
Brian Ellexson is a proud “soccer dad” to his son and has been happily married his Wildcat-for-life, Devra, since 2009.
